Refund Policy

Refund Policy

All payments made to ThrowbackCam™ are non‑refundable. Because we reserve your event date, prepare your equipment, and turn away other bookings, all sales are final.

Cancellations

If you cancel your booking for any reason:

  • Payments are non‑refundable

  • The full balance remains due if cancellation occurs within 7 days of your event

  • You may request to reschedule, subject to availability

Refunds Issued by ThrowbackCam™

A refund will only be issued if:

  1. ThrowbackCam™ cancels your booking due to equipment failure or an unforeseen issue on our end

  2. Equipment arrives non‑functional, and the issue is not caused by misuse, damage, or user error

  3. We are unable to provide a replacement camera in time for your event

If any of these occur, you will receive a full refund.

Situations Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • User error (camera not turned on, incorrect setup, dead battery, etc.)

  • Guest misuse

  • Poor lighting, audio, or filming angles

  • Missed moments

  • Weather or venue restrictions

  • Event cancellations

  • Failure to return equipment

  • Damage, loss, or theft of equipment

  • Failure to follow instructions provided

Editing Refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Editing style preferences

  • Length of footage captured

  • Guest filming quality

  • Personal taste differences

ThrowbackCam™ will always edit your video in our signature style.

Delivery Issues

If your final video cannot be delivered due to:

  • Corrupted files

  • Missing footage

  • Guest misuse

  • Environmental factors

A refund is not issued, as these are outside our control.
